The doctor has thoroughly checked Shivansh and said that everything is looking good. About the casts of his hand and legs, it will be removed tomorrow. However, he will need physiotherapy to move his body parts properly. Well, everything will be known about his progress when some tests are done and the reports come.
The doctor leaves after congratulating the family as well as Shivansh saying that she will be here tomorrow with her team to do the tests. All the required equipment is already arranged in the palace so that Shivansh doesn't have to go out. So, there won't be a problem doing any tests.
"Shivansh..." Aaradhya says while Shivansh smiles at his mother.
"Kaisi hain aap, Maa?" Shivansh asks, making his mother cry because it feels like years since she heard her son's voice.
(How are you, Maa?)
"Aapki awaz sunli to ab hum bilkul thik hain." Aaradhya replies wiping her tears while running her trembling fingers over Shivansh's forehead.
(Now that I have heard your voice, I am fine.)
"Then stop crying. Today you'll get your favorite gift from Papa so be happy." Shivansh remarks trying to change his mother's and others' mood.
"I give my wife nice gifts every year but what are you going to give my daughter on her first Karvachauth?" Pratap asks playing along with his son although he wants to take his son in his arms badly.
"Something special that only she will see first and then everyone else." Shivansh answers while Jivika's face heats up seeing the way her husband is talking in front of everyone.
"Now everyone let's go to the garden except for Jivika to break the fast. Jivika will stay here and Shivansh can break here because from the window, the moon is visible." Geetanjali says while everyone agrees with her.
"Jivu, you stay here with Shivansh. I will send your Puja Thali here with someone." Aaradhya tells Jivika who nods her head in response.
Soon enough everyone walks out of the room leaving Jivika and Shivansh alone. Jivika then re-angle the Fowler bed in a 60-degree angle so that Shivansh can relax. Also, it's suggested by the doctor too.
"Naraz hain humse?" Shivansh asks when Jivika doesn't say anything for sometime.
(Are you angry with me?)
"Main kaun hoti hu naraz hone wali? Agar hoti to aap thode na ghar se bahar nikalte usdin." Jivika replies remembering how she didn't want Shivansh to go out of the house that dreadful day.
(Who am I to get angry? If I would have been someone then you wouldn't have left the house that day.)
Shivansh understands that his Rani Sahiba is being moody for two reasons. One because of his accident and two because of her hunger. He can't help but chuckle which makes Jivika to glare at him stopping his laugh.
"Okay, sorry. Wrong time for me to laugh. Now come here and sit beside me." Shivansh says but Jivika huffs folding her hands across her chest.
"Aah!" Shivansh says after a few seconds making Jivika to sit beside him instantly while she starts looking at him worriedly.
"Are you feeling pain somewhere, Shiv? Should I call the doctor?" Jivika asks looking on the verge of crying.
"Yes, I am having a lot of pain." Shivansh replies with a sad face.
"Where?" Jivika asks and then Shivansh takes her hand before putting it over his chest right where his heart is located.
"Here because my Rani Sahiba is being mean to me." Shivansh replies while Jivika doesn't know what to say anymore.
A knock on the door disturbs the two to which Shivansh rolls his eyes while Jivika turns around to see that a maid is standing there holding the Puja Thali.
"Thank you." Jivika says taking the thali from the maid who smiles while bowing her head.
After the maid leaves, Jivika walks near where the window is and opens it to see that the moon has finally appeared in the sky. She then walks back to the bed and sits beside Shivansh who is admiring his beautiful wife.
Suddenly, tears brim in the corner of his when he remembers how long it's been since he has stayed away from his Rani Sahiba, how she has told him time to time that she missed him so much. He so wanted to respond but couldn't that time. He wanted to hold her in his arms and tell her that he never left her side abandoning her.
"I missed you, Rani Sahiba." Shivansh says while one by one tears starts falling from his eyes which makes Jivika's eyes welled up too. Because she is still processing that finally her Shiv is back with her.
"I missed you too. But I am very upset with you. I thought I lost you when I got to know about your accident." Jivika remarks while sitting beside Shivansh who links his right hand's fingers with Jivika's right hand's fingers.
"I am never gonna leave you, Rani Sahiba. You're my soul and without having my soul with me, I can't even breath. So, till you're doing okay your Shiv is doing fine as well." Shivansh says making Jivika to cry more.
"Humne aapse kaha tha na Rani Sahiba ki humare hote huye aapka koi bhi sapna kabhi nahi tutega. Ab rona band kijiye aur chaliye dono saath mein vrat todte hain. Bohut bhukh lagi hain humein." Shivansh tells Jivika with a teasing tone while tears are falling out from both of their eyes.
(I told you Rani Sahiba, as long as I am with you none of your dreams will be shattered. Now stop crying and let's both break our fast together. I am really very hungry.)
Jivika then wipes Shivansh tears with her fingers while Shivansh does the same for her. She gets up from the bed and lights the Diya in the thali. She then looks at the moon through the sieve kept on the thali and then looks at her husband who is smiling at her. She then performs aarti of the moon and then does aarti of her husband too before putting sindur tika on Shivansh's forehead along with rice grains. Finally, Shivansh picks the small pot of water and makes Jivika drink some water. Jivika then takes the pot in her hand and puts it near Shivansh's lips who drinks a little water. However, when Jivika goes to take Shivansh's blessings by touching his feet Shivansh holds her hands.
"Have you forgotten what Dadaji had said after our wedding?" Shivansh asks quirking an eyebrow at Jivika who pouts at him.
"But it's a ritual for today, Shiv." Jivika says.
"Still a no from me. You want my blessing, right?" Shivansh asks in which Jivika nods her head eagerly.
"Here, link your pinky with mine." Shivansh says while showing his pinky finger to Jivika who looks at him with confusion but still links her pinky finger with Shivansh's.
"I wish you to progress a lot in life. May all your dreams come true but if not, I will make them true for you." Shivansh remarks kissing their joined fingers which makes Jivika giggles and that's how they spend the rest of the night chatting about many things which happened till now.

The next day, the doctor arrives with her team early in the morning and starts doing Shivansh's tests. After the tests, they take off the casts around his left hand and both legs as well as the bandage around his head too. However, he is still finding difficulties in moving his legs as they paining a lot.
"The pain will be relieved with time. I have already talked with the best physiotherapist for you and he will be coming here from tomorrow. So, you don't have to worry." The doctor tells Shivansh who nods his head in response.
"Thank you so much, doctor. You're really helping us a lot." Pratap says.
"I am just doing what a responsible doctor should do. Also, it's my good luck that you have put your believe on me with Rana Sa's treatment. So, I will do everything in my power to get him better as soon as I can." The doctor replies.
"Doctor, can I start my office work? I mean there must be a lot of pending works for me to complete. So, can I do them from home?" Shivansh asks while Jivika glares at him.
"I will suggest you that you don't take any stress for some days. See, I know that you're a very big businessman but right now your health should be your priority. So, atleast prevent yourself from doing any type of activities for a few days." The doctor replies while Shivansh playfully narrows his eyes at his Rani Sahiba who is sticking her tongue out at him.
After sometime when the doctor leave with her team as well as the nurse, Adwait punches Shivansh on his right hand making him wince.
"What the heck are you doing, you brainless human?" Shivansh asks glaring at his best friend who glares at him back in response.
"What the heck were you thinking when you left the palace when my sister told you not to go?" Adwait asks.
"I had to attend an important meeting, idiot." Shivansh replies.
"So your meeting was more important than your life, huh?" Adwait remarks tapping his feet on the floor.
"I didn't even know about the accident. Then how was it my fault?" Shivansh retorts back.
"Are you sure?" Adwait asks glaring at his friend who huffs.
"Yug called to inform me about the planned accident but it was already too late by then. The truck had already collided with the car I was driving." Shivansh replies making Jivika to clutch his hand. Although she has heard this before from Ritika, but now hearing from Shivansh is making her feel scared again.
"You're not driving anymore. I can't lose you, man." By saying this Adwait wraps his hands around Shivansh who chuckles understanding why Adwait has been behaving so angrily.
"So are you leaving your company permanently to take the job of my driver?" Shivansh asks making Adwait to pull away from the hug.
"If to keep you safe, I have to leave everything I will do it without a second thought." Adwait answers in a serious tone.
"Okay, I understand your concern. But please don't be this serious. Because believe me, seriousness doesn't suit you at all." Shivansh says making Adwait to glare at him but then he too starts chuckling.
"Thank God, you're fine. Only I know how I have been handling this monkey in your absence, Bhaiya." Ritika says walking into the room.
"What has he done now, Princess?" Shivansh asks getting ready to listen to his beloved sister's complaints about his best friend.
"Excuse me, Tweety. What have I done in Shivansh's absence?" Adwait asks getting offended.
"You should ask what you have not done, especially during midnight." Ritika remarks with a mischievous smile making Adwait gulp because he doesn't want anyone to know exactly what he has done.
"Tweety, you're such a good friend of mine. You can't leak my secrets like that in front of anyone." Adwait says while Ritika is now grinning from ear to ear.
Even Jivika, Shivansh and Pratap are feeling curious to know exactly what Adwait has done that's making him so nervous. Also, how Ritika knows about everything.
Just as Ritika opens her mouth to say something, Adwait puts his hand over her mouth and drags her out of the room while the remaining three laugh seeing the two grown-up kids behaviour.
"No matter how older they get, these two are not going to change it seems." Pratap remarks with a chuckle before he turns around to look at his son.
"The doctor has said that you shouldn't worry about any work so you'll listen to her, get it?" Pratap says looking at Shivansh sternly who sighs.
"Okay, I get it." Shivansh replies knowing well that in this situation he can't defy his father.

One week has passed since Shivansh has woke up from the coma. His reports are all okay according to the doctor. The physiotherapist comes everyday for the required exercise and by God's grace, Shivansh is making progress. He is able to lift his left hand as well as walking doesn't give him much pain as much as before.
Now if we talk about whatever happened in his absence, he has already learned everything from Ritika and Adwait. But what surprises him the most is when he learns about what his Rani Sahiba has done. He can't believe that she has managed everything so well behind his back. Especially, the communal child marriage situation. Adwait has shown him the news about Jivika stopping the illegal child marriages of the kids and how she has fought for the right thing. He has always been proud of his wife but after learning what she has done, his respect for her has increased to a level that can't be described.
However, Shivansh's temper flares when he learns about Rudra Khanna sending men to kidnap Jivika. He wants to kill him right now but he controls himself because that so-called Khanna doesn't deserve easy death. Not only he has been doing illegal human and drugs trafficking, but now he has streched his hands towards Jivika which is totally off-limit. So, he has to pay the price for it and Shivansh will make sure of it.
Currently, Shivansh is busy on a business call with the client with whom he couldn't meet because of the sudden accident. Suddenly, he feels like someone is staring at him so he looks in that direction to see that it's Jivika who is sitting across from him. But he doesn't know when she has arrived.
"Kya hua, Rani Sahiba? Aap humein aise kyun dekh rahi hain?" Shivansh asks.
(What happened, Rani Sahiba? Why are you looking at me like that?)
"Bas khudki aankhoe ko tasalli de rahi hu aapko dekhkar ki aap sach mein mere samne bethe huye ho." Jivika replies softly smiling at her husband with eyes full of love and happiness.
(I am just satisfying my eyes by seeing that you are actually sitting in front of me.)
Shivansh shakes his head chuckling at his cute wife while disconnecting the call saying he will call back later. He then pulls Jivika into his arms who lies her hand on his chest gently.
"Are you still feeling scared that I will leave you?" Shivansh asks looking down at his wife who softly nods her head.
"Don't be scared because if by any chance I have to go away, I will come back to you again. Because by the end of the day a person returns to his home and you are that home for me. So, stop thinking about unnecessary things." Shivansh says while kissing the crown of Jivika's head.
"Shiv, I went to meet that Rudra Khanna after his men tried to kidnap me." Jivika remarks playing with Shivansh's shirt buttons.
"I have heard that and believe me I am extremely proud of you." Shivansh replies with a smile.
"Thank you, Shiv. But I want to tell you something else which I haven't told anyone." Shivansh instantly gets alert hearing the worry in his wife's tone.
"What happened, Rani Sahiba?" Shivansh asks gently.
"That day when I went to Rudra Khanna's office, while coming out of his cabin I noticed two covered frame on the wall of his cabin. Although I couldn't see properly but I saw a little bit of one of the frames." Jivika replies clutching Shivansh's shirt in her fists.
"What did you notice?" Shivansh asks.
"A pair of red heels which looks similar to the one I have seen Riti wearing." Jivika answers making Shivansh to clench his jaw in anger.
