There is a saying that when a baby gets born, the mother also gets rebirth as well. However, in case of Kiyansh things aren't good from the start. A premature baby who is born through c-section and have to be kept into NICU for 4 months to be able to take breath on his own. Not only this, due to Varenya's psychological condition she doesn't even remember anything about birthing her son. She just knows that one day her Mamoni brought a little baby to their home and the little baby has been staying with them since then.

Kiyansh maybe a premature baby but he is extremely intelligent and understanding. That's why when his Didon told him about his mother Varenya being ill and his father being away for work purpose, he didn't even hesitate to take responsibility of his mother's. He understands that his mother is different than his friends' mothers. But he doesn't feel ashamed of it. Instead, he plays with her and makes her eat on time so that she can take her medicines as well.
