"Have you gone mad, Pratap?" Raghuvendra asks looking angry with his son for suggesting such thing.

"I am completely alright, Papa. But first let me explain and then you can get angry if you still think that what I am saying is wrong." Pratap replies.

"Okay, go ahead and tell us." Raghuvendra says while Ritika and Kavyansh sits down after Pratap tells them.

"Kiyansh was asking earlier that why his parents are not married even though his Chachu and Chachi are already married. Aaradhya told him that his Varenya's health deteriorated before the marriage. Due to which we had to postpone the marriage. Then he asked that how did he come early because his friend told him that parents gets married first and after that they pray to God for baby. At first I didn't take his questions so seriously but then I thought that what we are going to say to the people outside the palace about Varenya and Kiyansh. No matter what happens we can't forget that we belong from the Royal family and we are answerable to our people who are our biggest strength." Pratap narrates but Kavyansh shakes his head in response.

"I don't care about what others think and to satisfy them, I can't marry Varenya who is literally a child right now." Kavyansh replies with finality meeting his father gaze.

"But I agree with what Papa is saying, Bhai." Shivansh remarks sitting beside his father.

"Shivansh, how can you agree on something like that?" Kavyansh asks looking offended.

"Bhai, listen to me carefully and try to understand. Kiyansh is the first child of our coming generation and it is very important for him to get public recognition. Along with him, Varenya Bhabhi also needs to get public recognition as the member of the Royal family. But before that they need to be connected with you officially so that no one can question either of their position in the family. As far as marriage is concerned, just do a court marriage for now which won't effect Bhabhi's health as well." Shivansh says making Kavyansh as as others present there to think about the suggestion.

"I understand your point of view but still why the need of getting Kavyansh and Varenya married knowing that Varenya won't understand anything about being someone's wife." Meghna retorts clearly not in the favour of the idea.

"Aunty, no one is expecting anything from Bhabhi that she will do everything that a wife does for her husband. She will be Kavyansh Bhai's wife only on paper and in the eyes of our people for now. After she gets better, they can get married properly with all the rituals which will be the real wedding." Shivansh answers while Kavyansh rubs his face with his hands.

"I think Shivansh Bhaiya is not wrong because if we talk about Kishu, he was forced to lie about not having any parents. Also according to Meghna Aunty, she hid about Varenya Bhabhi being biological mother of Kiyansh in fear that society wouldn't accept Kiyansh after knowing that his mother got pregnant before marriage. So, if Kavyansh Bhaiya and Varenya Bhabhi gets legally married then there won't be any reason left to hide things from anyone. Not only that, many people can be extremely nosey so we will also do a press conference to clear why we haven't talked about Varenya Bhabhi and Kiyansh for so many years." Ritika says making Meghna to clench her fists which catches Kavyansh's attention who has been quietly listening everything.

"I need sometime to think." Kavyansh says getting up from the couch and leaves from there not able to think properly.

He directly comes to his room and locks the door so that no one can disturb him. He seriously needs some alone time because he feels like his head can burst any moment. He quickly walks inside the closet and opens a drawer where a small bottle of vodka is kept. He goes to pick it up but then stops remembering that he has promised Shivansh that he won't drink again. He keeps looking at the bottle wanting to drink yet a few minutes later he closes the drawer quite aggressively.

He falls on his knees as a sudden feeling of defeat wash over him reminding him that how much of a failure he has been as a partner for Varenya and a father for their son Kiyansh. His son had to leave like an orphan even though his mother was with him. His Lotus had to be stay locked inside a house because she is not normal like before. And everything happened because he is late to find about them. Although now he is getting a chance to make things better but somehow he feels like if he agrees to this marriage, he will be betraying his Lotus's trust. But then again, his father or brother isn't wrong either. They have some valid points for suggesting a court marriage, even his sister has supported them and the reasons that she has given are not something to not think about.

It's true that no matter what, society still don't accept the fact that a woman can have the same privilege as a man. If a man has a child before marriage, hardly someone will say wrong about him. But at the same time, they will keep taunting the woman for same reason forgetting that she isn't the only one responsible to have a baby.

"You and our son are my pride, Lotus. There is nothing shameful that I have to hide from everyone. I will not give anyone a chance to say anything wrong about you or our son and if for that I have to marry you then I will do that." Kavyansh says to himself.

Meanwhile, Varenya and Kiyansh are enjoying the cookies in the kitchen when Adwait arrives there for a glass of water. But seeing Varenya, he walks near her and quickly picks a cookie from her plate before eating it in a go. Yet, Varenya doesn't say anything and smiles at him making him confused.

"Hey, Varu. Why aren't you getting angry even when I stole a cookie from your plate?" Adwait asks to which Varenya hands him the whole plate making him more confused.

"Varu is a good girl. So, Adi Uncle can have more cookies and Varu won't get angry." Varenya replies making Adwait's eyes widen in surprise.

"Whoa, that's great. But why the sudden change in your behaviour? Did something happen or someone said something to you?" Adwait asks because he knows that Varenya can share everything except chocolate, atleast with him.

"Varu told me that Papa scolded her for hitting Princess Bua. So, now Varu has decided that she won't get angry on anyone ever." Kiyansh replies in place of Varenya while Adwait doesn't like hearing about Varenya getting scolded. Because deep down, he thinks of Varenya as his sister just like Jivika.

"Varu, listen to me. Yes it's wrong to hit someone but it doesn't mean that you can't get angry and if someone again scold you for anything, then you will directly come to me." Adwait says making Varenya to grin from ear to ear.

"Then can Varu get angry at Adi Uncle for eating the cookie?" Varenya asks with a cheeky smile while Kiyansh starts giggling.

"Here I am taking your side and you are asking about whether you can get with me or not. No, you can't because I am your brother and sister can't stay angry with their brother, especially a handsome brother like me." Adwait remarks raising his collar while Varenya looks at him with confusion.

"Brother? But Adi Uncle is Varu's Adi Uncle." Varenya says tilting her head a little while Adwait hits his forehead forgetting that no matter what, Varenya won't stop calling him Uncle.

"Of course, my intelligent chocolate queen. I am your Adi Uncle. Now, come on let's eat the cookies together and then I will give you and Kiyansh chocolates." Adwait replies taking another cookie from the plate.

Everyone has gathered in the dining table for dinner except Varenya and Kiyansh as they have fallen asleep. So, Kavyansh tells that no one should wake them up from their sleep and let them sleep peacefully.

Raghuvendra, Pratap, Ritika or Shivansh, no one talk about the marriage thing anymore. Because they have put forward their thoughts on the matter and now everything will be decided by Kavyansh himself as Varenya is not in a condition to take decision.

Suddenly, Kavyansh clears his throat making everyone to look at him. Especially Aaradhya who knows what discussion happened earlier as Pratap has told her everything.

"I need to tell you all something important." Kavyansh says in a serious tone.

"What is it, beta and why are you looking so tensed?" Abhinav asks worriedly.

"I am alright Chachu. I just need to let out what I have going on inside my head." Kavyansh replies.

"Then don't hesitate and tell us whatever you have in your mind." Aaradhya says nodding her head which makes Kavyansh to feel better.

"I have decided that I will get married to Varenya legally." Kavyansh says surprising everyone except the ones who were present during the discussion earlier.

"But what's the hurry? I mean can't we wait till Varenya Tai gets alright?" Jivika asks not understanding anything.

"Bachcha, we can wait but the time won't wait for us. According to Dr. Bhavya as well as Samarth, there is no guarantee of how long it will take for Varenya to get better. If it's only about Varenya and I, then I would have waited for hundred years for her to become like before. But I can't forget about Kiyansh and the impact of Varenya's condition on him. He may not say anything but I haven't forgotten the way he cried that night talking about his insecurities. A small child of his age should only think about those things which makes him happy, not like him who has been hiding about his mother. Also, Varenya should be allowed to go outside the house and although she is a resident doctor but no one knows about this. So, for the time being she will need another identity that is of being the daughter-in-law of the Rathore's." Kavyansh answers looking determined as if he has already made his mind.

After this, no one says anything because everyone has different things going on their minds. If some are agreeing with Kavyansh then some are still in dilemma. However, one thing is for sure that one person is completely against the wedding.

Completing dinner half-heartedly, everyone has gone back to their rooms to sleep. But Meghna has been facing back and forth in her room thinking about Varenya getting married to Kavyansh. No, she is not worried about the marriage but she is worried about the consequences. Because in all these days that she has been staying here, she has understood that this Rathore family is not an ordinary family. This is a very powerful family on which the media always keeps an eye. So if Kavyansh gets married to Varenya, then it will be a breaking news which is not a good thing.

"I can't let this wedding happen at any cost. I will stop this wedding because if I don't then they will definitely learn about Varenya being alive." Meghna thinks to herself while dialling a number.
