A man in his late thirties has arrived in one of the famous law firm of the country, dressed formally in a fitted suit which is giving the look of someone related to business world. But the deceiving thing about him is his constantly changed look which he does to stay out of the wondering eyes of people of underworld.

The man knocks on the door of the CEO's cabin who tells him to enter. Upon arriving entering inside the cabin, he eyes clashes with none other than Advocate Ritika Singh Rathore who leans against her chair seeing the man she has been waiting to meet.

"Welcome to my firm, Mr. Basheer Abdallah aka the former leader of one of the dangerous gang of Indian Underworld." Ritika remarks with a cold smile while Basheer's face hardened hearing about his fallen gang. But he can't expect anything less from the deviless like the Rathore Princess.

"So you got to know what Kavyansh Sir didn't know till today." Basheer says looking at Ritika with a blank face.

"I also know where you have hidden your wife and son too so that no one can find them and they both can live a peaceful life." Ritika replies while Basheer clenches his fists.

"But don't worry your secret will be a secret till you don't bring any harm to my family. Because when it comes to my family, I don't spare anyone. Now, let's start our discussion because we don't have all the time." Ritika remarks pointing at the chair across from her to which Basheer nods his head in response.

Meanwhile, in the Rathore palace Kavyansh is walking behind Varenya who is not ready to take the medicine stating that they taste gross. But Kavyansh is determined to make his Lotus to listen to him. Yet, it seems that even God is not in his side because Varenya directly walks inside Aaradhya and Pratap's room where Pratap is reading the newspaper.

"Mister Prince's Papa!" Varenya calls out making Pratap to put down the newspaper and gives his full attention to Varenya.

"Yes, Varu?" Pratap asks noticing that Kavyansh has also arrived.

"Tell Mister Prince to not give Varu yucky medicine." Varenya remarks or more like orders.

Pratap then looks at Kavyansh and glares hardly before smiling broadly at Varenya who claps her hands feeling happy that Pratap has glared at Kavyansh.

"You don't know anything, Kavyansh. Varu is such a strong girl who doesn't need any medicine. Now, come on handover the medicine to me and I will throw it away." Pratap orders Kavyansh in a stern tone to which Kavyansh rolls his eyes knowing well that his father is faking everything.

"Fine, then do whatever you both want." Kavyansh replies and gives the medicine strip to his father.

"Varu, now come here and let me show you something interesting in this paper." Pratap says patting the side of the couch making Varenya to sit beside him excitedly.

"And Kavyansh, you go and tell someone to bring a glass of pomegranate juice for me." Pratap orders.

"Varu likes pomegranate juice too." Varenya says poking Pratap in his arm.

"Yes, I know and we will share the juice." Pratap replies making Varenya's eyes sparkle with happiness.

"Yesss! Mister Prince, shoo shoo go quickly." Varenya orders Kavyansh who lets out a huff but leaves the room to fulfill the order given to him.

Kavyansh then arrives in the kitchen where he finds his mother and let her know what his father has said. Aaradhya chuckles knowing well that Pratap will mix the medicine in the juice and in between talking, he will make Varenya drink the juice.

"Let your Papa handle Varenya because he used to handle Shivansh too." Aaradhya says looking at Kavyansh who nods his head.

Aaradhya then gives a fresh glass of juice to a maid and sends her to Pratap. She then orders other maids to leave the kitchen as well.

"Kal raat hum aapse sahi se baat nahi kar paye par abhi hum janna chahte hai ki Varenya se shaadi karne ke liye itni jaldbaji karne ki zarurat kya hai?" Aaradhya asks not looking a bit happy with Kavyansh's decision.

(I couldn't talk to you properly last night but now I want to know why there is such a rush to marry Varennya?)

"Aur society ki duhai mat dena, Kavyansh. Kyunki humein pata hai ki yeh puri sachchai nahi hai." Aaradhya adds making Kavyansh to let out a sigh.

(And don't blame the society, Kavyansh. Because I know that this is not the whole truth.)

"Maa, I think that Varenya's disappearance wasn't a coincidence. Even her parents death don't seem like an accident to me. Shivansh, Ritika and Adwait has the same doubt as well so to keep Varenya safe, I want to get married to her as soon as possible." Kavyansh replies while Aaradhya looks worried.

"But how can marrying Varenya keep her safe? Don't you think if someone is trying to harm her may find her because of our family's popularity? And most importantly why don't you ask Meghna Ji about it because she is the one to take care of Varenya for so many years?" Aaradhya asks question after question being extremely tensed about the situation.

"Maa, first you need to calm down. Here drink some water." By saying this Kavyansh pour some water in a glass and gives it to his mother who drinks takes a few sips before she looks at his for answers.

"First of all, if Varenya and I get married then Kiyansh will have a stable childhood where he won't need to hide about his parents' identity from anyone. Secondly, after the marriage the media will spread this information as a breaking news, so if someone has truly tried to harm Varenya six years ago, they will try to do it again and it will be our golden chance to find that person easily. Thirdly, I can't ask Meghna Aunty anything because right now she is the biggest suspect in whatever happened six years ago." Kavyansh explains.

"I understand what you are saying very well, but I will still say that whatever you do, do it after thinking about every consequences. Because if in the middle of all this anything happens to Kiyansh then you will be questionable to Varenya. A mother can tolerate everything but she cannot tolerate any trouble for her child. So, be careful with your every decision." Aaradhya says not beating around the bush.

"I will die before I let anything happen to Kiyansh. So, you can rest assured that whatever I have decided after doing a lot of thinking." Kavyansh replies making his mother to nod her head.

"Okay, then I will call Kul Purohit Ji and asks for a auspicious day. Although it's a court marriage but I still want to ask for her advice." Aaradhya remarks.

It's been a few days since the discussion of Kavyansh and Varenya's marriage happened which will take place after Navratri which is two weeks from now on. However, the marriage will be a voidable marriage due to Varenya's condition where in the future after she gets better she can go out of the marriage without any difficulty.

The medical wing has been completely set up and currently Dr. Bhavya is checking everything with her team. Kavyansh has managed to make Varenya agree to do all the tests after promising to take her out of the palace to visit the zoo.

After half an hour, Dr. Bhavya starts doing the tests on Varenya who looks scared. But Dr. Bhavya's soothing talks and Samarth's funny faces keep her calm throughout the process. By the end, Varenya is totally exhausted as it has taken a few hours for all the tests to be completed.

Dr. Bhavya informs Kavyansh that the reports will be ready in two days. Till then, she suggests Samarth to talk to Varenya regarding her past between a playing session.

Kavyansh then picks up Varenya in his arms and brings her back to his room. Because he doesn't feel good about leaving Varenya alone with Meghna. He has suspected that Meghna may have given some type of medicine to Varenya which has make her like this and about he has told Samarth about this speculation as well. So, Samarth has suggested that it will be better to keep Varenya away from Meghna till the time test reports come out.

After lying Varenya on the bed, Kavyansh goes inside the washroom to bring out a wet cloth and then wipes the sweat from Varenya's face who is in deep slumber. Kavyansh then goes back to the washroom and keeps the cloth inside the hamper.

He sits beside Varenya and keeps running his hand over her head. Suddenly, Varenya starts murmuring something which isn't audible at first but then Kavyansh hears something which makes his eyes widen in surprise.

"Kavi, save me..."

Flashback Starts

Kavyansh is leaning against his bike while humming softly when he hears a sound making him look at the source of the sound just to see that Varenya has jumped from the small fence of her house. He hits his forehead in annoyance because no matter how many times he has told Varenya to not jump like this, it seems his Lotus is never going to listen to him.

"Don't you know how to come out of the house by the gate?" Kavyansh asks fastening the helmet to Varenya's head who rolls her eyes.

"I should come from the front gate so that Maa gets to know that I am going out on late night bike ride with my boyfriend, right?" Varenya retorts sarcastically to which Kavyansh folds his palms and bends his head in front of her.

"How can I forget that Dr. Varenya Mukherjee can never be wrong. So, please forgive me." Kavyansh remarks making Varenya to put her hand over his head.

"Tathastu, Mr. Prince Charming." Varenya says while Kavyansh chuckles.

"Now let's go or Maa may wake up to look for me." Varenya remarks and Kavyansh quickly to get on his bike before helping Varenya to sits behind him.

Nearly twenty minutes later, they have reach the highway and both of them have taken off their helmets. While Kavyansh is riding the bike carefully, Varenya has kept her hands wrapped around Kavyansh's mid-section. This is their weekend routine whenever Varenya doesn't need to do overnight duty at the hospital. Varenya herself is a great bike rider but she still loves to sit behind her Kavi enjoying their cozy moment.

Kavyansh stops his bike in front of a park and soon enough both of them sitting on one of the benches of the park. They talk about what they have done throughout the week as Kavyansh has come back in Jodhpur after completing his masters. He only goes back to Banaras on weekends to meet his Lotus so no matter how much they talk over phone, they still talk about same thing when they meet.

"Kavi, when is your next book going to be published?" Varenya asks playing with Kavyansh's fingers who is staring at her with a soft smile.

"Most probably by the end of next month. By the way, why do you call me Kavi? Is it the shorter version of my name?" Kavyansh asks out of curiosity.

"No, it's not. I call you Kavi because you only write poetries for me while your stories are available for everyone. So, you may be a lekhak for everyone. But you are only Kavi for your Lotus." Varenya replies pecking Kavyansh on his lips.

Flashback Ends

A tear falls on Varenya's cheek making her flinch but she doesn't wake up. Meanwhile, Kavyansh wipes the tear from Varenya's cheel and kisses her on the forehead as more tears threaten come out of his eyes. But he takes a deep breath because it's not time for him to cry.

"You are my brave girl who doesn't get scared so easily. But if you are asking me to save you then I am sure whatever happened six years ago can never be an accident." Kavyansh says looking at Varenya while his blood starts boiling just imagining the suffering his Lotus has to go through.

"I am promising you, Lotus. I won't leave anyone who has caused you this much pain that you have become like this. No matter where in the world they are hiding, I will bring them out and punish each one of them with my own hands." Kavyansh says with determination in his face before pulling Varenya close to his chest who snuggles closer liking the warm feeling.
