"What is this nonsense?" A woman in her early fifties remarks looking at the news that's being telecast on the news channel.

In the fit of rage, the woman throws flower vase on the TV damaging the screen. But still the news about the marriage of the elder Prince of the Rathore's is going through her mind making her too angry that it's getting hard to control.

"How dare he marry that girl whom I rejected?" The woman asks throwing the TV remote on the floor.

"Because he doesn't consider you as his mother." The woman's husband replies making her glare at him.

"I don't care if he considers me as his mother or not. Because I will always be his biological mother and I will make him my puppet by hook or by crook." Kalindi Maheshwari, Kavyansh's biological mother retorts while her current husband Gautam Maheshwari shakes his head in response.

"You have tried this before but it didn't happen. So, without wasting your time on your biological son put your concentration on your grandson." Gautam says making Kalindi smirks as she nods her head in agreement.

"You are correct. There is no way that Kavyansh can become the King but his son means my dear grandson will definitely become the next King after that Shivansh. So, I will not disturb my good for nothing son because now my target is my lovely grandson Kiyansh." Kalindi replies while making plans to meet her grandson pretty soon.

"But what about the girl whom Kavyansh has married? Do you think she will let you meet her son?" Gautam asks.

"As if I care what she will do. I haven't forgotten how she insulted me right in front of my son. So, now I will snatch her son from her making her understand what happens when anyone insult me." Kalindi says gritting her teeth as the bitter memory of meeting Varenya for the first time is still fresh in her mind.

Flashback Starts:

Kalindi has been trying to get in contact with Kavyansh. But every time she is coming out in empty hands. Thankfully this time her private investigator has able to find the current location of her son according to which he seems to be studying in the Banaras Hindu University. She knows that he has been living away from the Rathore family because of her. But she is too egoistic to understand that he hates her from the depth of his heart after learning how she played with his emotions.

Currently she is waiting outside the building complex where Kavyansh stays. She could have directly gone to Kavyansh's flat but according to her private investigator, Kavyansh is at the University. So, she has found it a better option to wait for her son here.

After some time, Kalindi notices that Kavyansh has arrived in his bike but what surprises her is the girl sitting behind her son. Yet, she decides to keep quiet not wanting to give her attention to someone who isn't so important.

"Kavyansh!" Kalindi calls out after coming out of her car.

Meanwhile, Kavyansh who has just parked his bike gets surprised hearing the voice he loathes the most in the world. Still, he takes a deep breath and turns around to face the woman who calls herself his biological mother. On the other hand, Varenya who is standing beside Kavyansh can feel the sudden change in her usually calm boyfriend's demeanor.

"What are you doing here, Mrs. Maheshwari?" Kavyansh asks looking at the woman in front of him with disdain clearly visible in his face.

"I am your mother, Kavyansh. Of course I have come here to meet you." Kalindi replies opening her arms to hug her son who steps back showing his palm to her.

"My mother's name is Aaradhya Pratap Singh Rathore. So, it will be better you don't forget it again because I don't like repeating things." Kavyansh says in a sharp tone while Kalindi glares at him.

"You can't call anyone else your mother when your biological mother is alive. Do not forget that you are here just because I decided to give birth to you." Kalindi remarks not liking how her own son is calling a lowlife person his mother.

"How can I forget that you have given birth to me when you don't let me forget? But that's all you have done, Mrs. Maheshwari. Because my Aardhya Maa is the one who has taught me everything a mother teach her child. Your blood may be flowing through my body but my soul only knows Aaradhya Maa as my mother." Kavyansh replies with a glare that makes the woman in front of him gulp in fear. Because this is the first time she is seeing her son being this angry.

"Calm down, Kavi." Varenya says gently rubbing Kavyansh's arm who takes a deep breathe.

"Who are you to tell my son what he should do?" Kalindi asks Varenya in a rude tone which irks Varenya's temper as she is not a person who entertain rude people.

"And may I know who is your son here? Because as per my knowledge, Kavyansh Singh Rathore's parents are Pratap Singh Rathore and Aaradhya Pratap Singh Rathore." Varenya replies with an extremely sweet smile on her face.

"Then I will say that I haven't seen a dumb person like you. Because that Aaradhya isn't Kavyansh's biological mother. I am Kavyansh's biological mother." Kalindi says glaring at Varenya who rolls her eyes.

"Shut up, Mrs. Maheshwari. You can't talk to my girlfriend like that nor you can insult my mother at any cost." Kavyansh snaps but still it seems the woman is too much delusional to understand anything.

"Oh so this is your girlfriend. It's good that you are having fun at this age but remember that you can't marry her. I will be selecting the perfect wife for you. By the way, what's your name girl?" Kalindi asks looking at Varenya with a distaste look.

"Dr. Varenya Mukherjee." Varenya replies wanting to see what more this idiotic woman can say.

"Eww! Such a cheap name without any class. Now, I understand why my son is in a relationship with you. You are a Bengali which means you have done black magic on him to trap him having a relationship with you." Kalindi says scrunching her nose showing her disgust towards Varenya. But instead of getting angry, Varenya starts laughing loudly making both Kalindi and Kavyansh confused. Meanwhile, some people have gathered a little away from where the three are standing hearing Varenya's loud laughter.

"Oh My God! Mujhe laga nahi tha ki aapke sar ke andar sach mein dimag

hai jo aap itni jaldi mujhe samajh gayi. Waise ab jab samajh hi gayi hai to meri madad kar dijiye thodi. Woh kya hai na kala jadu ka last and final step yeh hai ki mujhe na 101 chudailoe ki bali deni hai aur maine already 100 chudailoe ki bali de di hai, bas ab aapki bali de dungi to step complete." Varenya replies grinning from ear to ear while Kavyansh bites his lips stopping himself from laughing. But on the other hand, Kalindi's face becomes red in anger and embarrassment as the people around them look amused enjoying the scene.

(Oh My God! I did not think that you really have a brain inside your head that you understood me so well. Well, now that you have understood everything, please help me a bit. So, the thing is that the last and final step of black magic is that I have to sacrifice 101 witches. So, I have already sacrificed 100 witches, now I will sacrifice you and then the step will be complete.)

Kalindi goes to slap Varenya who holds the hand in such a tight grip that Kalindi feels like it can break anytime. But this time the playfulness has totally vanished from Varenya's face. Instead a look of menace has taken over her features as if the sweet, smiling face was just a facade to hide the real her.

"I think you didn't hear my name well, Mrs. Witch Maheshwari. I am a doctor and let me tell you that I keep the ability to perform a live operation on your body without blinking my eyes. So, do not try to raise your hand or voice at me ever again. Because next time, I won't be this generous to simply hold your hand. Next time, I will break your bones in too many pieces that you won't be able to count the numbers." Varenya warns clutching the hand more tightly making the woman whimper in pain.

Varenya then leaves the hand of Kalindi and starts walking away linking her fingers with Kavyansh who looks at his Lotus with a proud smile. But suddenly Varenya stops walking and turns around to face the woman who is looking at her bruised hand.

"This time I may have joked about sacrificing you but if I ever see you troubling my Kavi again then I will surely turn the joke into reality. So, stay away from him or be ready to face me." Varenya says glaring at Kalindi who vividly shudders by the tone of Varenya.

Flashback Ends

Kalindi looks down at her right hand's wrist where Varenya put too much pressure that Kalindi had to take help from a neurologist to feel the movement of her wrist again. From that time, Kalindi has grown a deep hatred towards Varenya.

For years, Kalindi has stayed quiet thinking that one day she will definitely get a chance to have the powers of Rathore's. She even stopped trying to contact Kavyansh. But now the perfect time has come for her to move forward with her plans that will destroy the happy life of the Rathore Family. She will have everything that she is deprived of just because of her one mistake.

Varenya's things has been moved to Kavyansh's room as from today she will be living with him in the same room. Although Meghna has protested saying that she doesn't feel comfortable with Varenya staying in the same room with Kavyansh but Kavyansh has directly told her he knows his limits. But on the other hand, no one in the family has any objection with this decision because they know that Varenya's brain may have forgotten Kavyansh but her heart still remembers him. Not only that, Kiyansh already sleeps with Kavyansh. So, it will be the three of them staying in the same room.

After dinner, Kavyansh along with his Lotus and their son arrives in the room. While Kiyansh directly goes inside the washroom, Varenya sits on the bed holding her favourite stuff toy with a frown visible on her face.

"What happened, Lotus?" Kavyansh asks putting the water bottle on the nightstand.

"Is Varu going to stay here with Mister Prince and Kiwi?" Varenya asks softly while she plays with the long ears of the rabbit toy.

"Yes, you are going to stay here from now on." Kavyansh replies sitting beside her.

"Then Mamoni will be alone." Varenya says looking at Kavyansh with teary eyes.

"You love your Mamoni a lot, right?" Kavyansh asks linking his fingers with Varenya's fingers.

"Yes, Varu loves Mamoni lots. Maa, Baba always go to work leaving Varu with Mamoni. So, Varu and Mamoni are best friend like Varu and Kiwi." Varenya replies clutching Kavyansh's fingers.

"But Lotus, don't you like to stay with me and Kiyansh? I tell Kiyansh bedtime stories every night so from tonight you can listen to the stories too." Kavyansh says trying to make his Lotus happy because he doesn't like her being sad.

"Really? Mister Prince will tell story to Varu?" Varenya asks looking at Kavyansh with wide innocent eyes who smiles.

"Of course, I will." Kavyansh replies making Varenya to throw her hands around Kavyansh's neck hugging him tightly.

"Varu is thank you, Mister Prince." Varenya mumbles while Kavyansh rubs her back softly.

"That's cheating! You both can't hug without me." Kiyansh says coming out of the washroom.

"Then what are you waiting for? Come here quickly." Kavyansh replies holding his other arm making his son to run towards him and soon Kavyansh is hugging the mother-son duo in his arms.

Soon after getting changed into their night dresses, the three of them get into bed with Kavyansh in the middle while Kiyansh and Varenya sleeps in the sides. Kavyansh starts telling a story about the rabbit and the tortoise while running his fingers through the mother-son duo's hair which lures them to a peaceful sleep. Hearing the sound of soft breathing, Kavyansh looks down at his chest where Varenya and Kiyansh are sleeping which makes him smile. Because this is what he has dreamt and finally it seems that his dream of having a happy family with his Lotus and their son is coming true.

It's been a few weeks since the marriage and today Kavyansh is going to take Varenya and Kiyansh along with him to the company. Because both are stuck in the palace from the time they have come here. Now, that the official announcement has been made Kavyansh doesn't want his wife and their son to stay inside the palace all the time. That's why he has decided to take them to his company which he has built from scratch.

However, the security has gotten tight around the palace as well as for Kavyansh too because he can't goes out of the palace like used to fo as now he has the responsibility of two people on him. So, just as Kavyansh's car drives out of the premises of the Palace, four cars filled with skilled guards follow from behind. Two cars are driving ahead of Kavyansh's car to provide security from the front too.

Meanwhile, both Varenya and Kiyansh looks at the scenery passing by through the tinted windows. Both of them are awestruck with every little thing because they haven't seen much of outside world.

Finally, the car arrived into the private parking lot of the AV Publishing House. Kavyansh gets out of the car first and then holds his hand for Varenya as Kiyansh has decided to be a big boy by getting out of the car by himself.

The private parking lot has a private elevator connected to the top floor where Kavyansh's cabin is located. So, the three of them goes inside the elevator to reach the floor. Although Varenya feels scared at first but the father-son duo keeps telling her funny stories which pretty easily distract her mood.

Soon enough, they reach the top floor and then they make their way towards Kavyansh's cabin. Only two cabins are available in this floor, one belongs to Kavyansh and the other one belongs to his PA Nishtha who is currently on leave.

"Wow, it's so big." Kiyansh remarks looking at the huge cabin with wide eyes.

"Mister Prince, can Varu look through that glass?" Varenya asks pointing at the glass wall.

"Of course, Lotus." Kavyansh replies making Varenya to run towards the glass from where a big part of the city can be seen.

"Kiwi, come and look here." Varenya calls out making Kiyansh to run where his mother is standing.

While the mother-son gets busy looking at view, Kavyansh decides to look through the piles of documents that are kept on the desk. However, his eyes catch the sight of an envelope which doesn't have any name or address written. Still, he picks up the envelope and feels by holding it that something is kept inside. So, opens the envelope and takes out some photographs. Instantly, a horrified gasp leaves his lips looking at the beheaded bodies as the heads of Varenya's parents are kept in the side of the bodies.
