"Have you been experiencing any nightmares lately?" Samarth asks Varenya.

"Not as much as I used to have. But still, some nights it becomes hard to fall asleep." Varenya replies while Samarth write it down.

"What do you see in those nightmares? Is it the same thing or something new?" Samarth asks making Varenya to think for sometimes. But then she shakes her head in response.

"Every nightmares revolve around that dreadful day." Varenya replies with a sigh.

It's been more than two months since Varenya regained her memories. Although she appears completely fine on the outside, deep inside she is still very scared. She continues to feel uneasy when hearing loud dogs barking, seeing blood, or experiencing nightmares. Thankfully, she hasn’t developed extreme symptoms of PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) all thanks to the correct treatment she is receiving. While Dr. Bhavya still visits once a week to assess Varenya’s progress, Samarth has taken on the responsibility of providing her with therapy sessions three or four times a week.

On the other hand, Ritika has taken on the responsibility of providing fitness training sessions to Varenya which include self-defense training as well. Although Varenya was trained in Karate since her childhood as her Baba wanted to ensure her safety, but she has lost her fighting spirit. Ritika, who has also trained Jivika, is now helping to rekindle that spirit in Varenya once again.

As for Kavyansh, he has become Varenya's greatest source of strength whenever she feels low or starts to see herself as insignificant. At times, her self-doubt becomes so overwhelming that Kavyansh has to address the situation sternly, which despite his firmness helps to calm her down. Additionally, he has encouraged her to resume her residency program. However, she has responded that she will only consider pursuing her dream after avenging her parents' and father's deaths.

Meanwhile, other members of the family hasn't left a chance to spoil Varenya with whatever she likes to do. Raghuvendra as usual has remained Varenya's favourite Daddu because he is the only one she knows as grandfather. Aaradhya and Radhika being the best mother-in-laws has been making her favourite food everyday, Pratap and Abhinav being the supportive father-in-laws has taken it to themselves to bring every day something new for her while coming back from office, Geetanjali has become the cool aunty aka older bestie of Varenya with whom she can gossip as much as she wants.

Adwait is the annoying older brother to Varenya always finding opportunities to tease her, while Shivansh has become the younger brother whom Varenya loves to tease just to laugh at his sulking. However, Varenya’s relationship with Jivika is now very different. Initially, it was Jivika who looked after Varenya but now their roles have completely reversed. Varenya’s protectiveness toward Jivika is similar to how she feels about Kiyansh, maybe because she has learned about everything Jivika endured at the hands of her Dadi and Bua. Varenya even scolds Shivansh if she catches him teasing Jivika as she cannot tolerate even the slightest sadness on Jivika’s face.

Lastly, Varenya has been receiving video calls from Eklavya aka her Bunny who is currently out of state for further studies. After learning from his mother that Varenya had regained her memory, he wanted to return home immediately. However, Kavyansh convinced him to stay and focus on his studies as that is more important. With no other option, Eklavya now interacts with his Varenya Bhabhi through video calls.

"Are you able to completely trust Meghna Aunty now?" Samarth asks looking at Varenya who lets out a sigh.

"I don't know, Sam. I'm not blaming her for anything but at the same time I feel like things wouldn’t have been so messed up if she had told me everything earlier. She could have told me that she is my biological mother and how my biological father was killed, but she chose to stay silent. I understand that she didn’t want to break my heart, but maybe if she had told me sooner Maa and Baba might still be alive." Varenya answers truthfully because no matter what she isn't able to come to the terms that she has been living with her biological mother all her life yet she doesn't have any idea about it.

"Do you blame her for your Maa-Baba's death?" Samarth asks.

"I don’t blame her. Instead, I blame the situation that forced her to make sudden decisions without fully understanding the consequences. She is a bigger victim than I am and that’s why I can never hold her responsible for my parents’ deaths." Varenya replies making Samarth to nod his head.

"I am glad that you’re not blaming Meghna Aunty because that could make you feel guilty in the future. However, I suggest you have a deep conversation with her, just the two of you. Talk about the old days or whatever feels right. Having that conversation will help both of you feel much better." Samarth suggests as he has noticed how Varenya always skips to have a long conversation with Meghna alone.

"I will try." Varenya replies with a nervous smile as she is scared of herself that she may hurt her Mamoni if their conversation don't go well.

"Okay then today's session ends here. See you day after tomorrow." Samarth says looking at Varenya with a smile who nods her head in response.

Varenya then walks out of the room which is allocated for Samarth to use for the therapy session. Varenya keeps on walking without looking ahed and goes to slip down the stairs. But suddenly she feels a harsh tug on her pants making her stumble backwards. She takes some deep breaths and turns around to find Mishti standing there wagging her fluffy tail.

"Awe thank you, Mishti." Varenya says and goes to her knees to hug her golden girl.

"You should stay like this, Varu Mumma. I missed you very much." Mishti says in her mind feeling delighted. Because Varenya used to get scared if the dogs come near her after regaining memory. While Hulk and Shardul felt bad, but Mishti was very much depressed seeing how her Varu Mumma felt scared.

"If you had not held me today, I would have fallen and got badly hurt again." Varenya remarks kissing Mishti on her snoot just as Hulk and Shardul arrives there.

"Are you guys playing together?" Varenya asks rubbing Hulk and Shardul's head in affection.

"Hum to khel rahe hai. Par aapki yeh nakchadi beti jane woh kya kar rahi." Hulk replies in his head while Shardul barks in agreement.

(We are playing. But who knows what your irritable daughter is doing.)

"Abey kala kaua, tumhari itni himmat ho gayi ki tum mujh jaise haseen doggy ko nakchadi keh rahe ho." Mishtha remarks with low growl.

(Hey black crow, you have the guts to call a elegant doggy like me irritable.)

"To galat kya kaha usne? Nakchadi ko nakchadi hi kahenge, na ki kahi ki maharani." Shardul says in his mind and that's make Mishti more angry.

(So what wrong did he say? An irritable person will be called an irritable person only and not a queen.)

But before the loud barking session can start Jivika arrives there and instantly the three doggies get quiet. Especially, Hulk and Shardul who looks at Jivika with innocent face as if they weren't teasing Mishti a few seconds ago.

"Don't make innocent faces in front of me. I have heard you barking loudly and that's why I am here. What have I told you about barking? Now that you have made a mistake so in punishment no more treat for you three today." Jivika says in a stern tone making the doggies whine. But one glare from her and the three gets quiet.

"I really feel bad, because of me they can't even bark properly." Varenya says but Jivika shakes her head.

"Tai, they are family members too and family members help each other. So, they are helping you to overcome your fear. Don't think negatively because that will only spoil your mood. By the way, how's your session?" Jivi asks patting the dog's head one by one as they are literally standing on the hind legs in front of her.

"It was good and I am feeling much better." Varenya replies with a soft smile and goes to pat Shardul who sticks out his tongue feeling delighted.

"Angel, I need a help from you." Varenya says after sometime.

"Yes, tell me." Jivika replies.

"I want to learn proper cooking. So, will you help me please?" Varenya asks making Jivika giggles.

"Do you want to learn cooking for Kavyansh Bhaiya?" Jivika asks in a teasing tone as she nudges Varenya in the arm.

"Nope, he is already smitten with me so I don't need to impress him with my cooking skills. I want to learn cooking for my Kiwi. Just like my Maa and Mamoni used to make my favourite food, I want to make whatever Kiwi likes to eat." Varenya replies making Jivika smile.

"That's really great because no matter what, a child always feel happy if his mother cook for him. Also, Kishmish deserve every happiness." Jivika says but Varenya starts giggling.

"Kishmish? Is that Kiwi's new nickname?" Varenya asks between giggling and this time Jivika too joins her.

"Yesterday when I was making Kheer, Kiyansh kept on eating the Kishmish I kept on a bowl to mix later in the Kheer and from then I started calling him Kishmish to tease him." Jivika replies remembering Kiyansh's embarassed face this afternoon when she called him Kishmish right in front of his classmates.

"Oh My God! This is hilarious and cute as well." Varenya says and takes some deep breaths to control her laugh.

"What are you two laughing about?" Ritika asks arriving there.

"That you are getting married next year." Varenya says making Jivika to chock on her saliva and Ritika's eyes widen in shock.

"What?" Ritika asks coming out of her shock land.

"That you are in love with someone and going to marry that person next year." Jivika replies playing along with Varenya after realising that Varenya is teasing Ritika.

"No way, Jivi. I am seriously not in love with anyone and about marriage, I haven't even thought about it." Ritika replies honestly.

"Then whom do you go to meet at night?" Varenya asks raising an eyebrow in question.

"When did I go to meet anyone?" Ritika asks back getting genuinely confused.

"Angel, see now Princess Mulan has started to keep secrets from us." Varenya says with a long sigh putting her hand around Jivika who looks at Ritika with a pout.

"You have betrayed me, Riti. We are besties which means we are supposed to share everything with each other. But you literally broke my poor heart." Jivika remarks turning around and starts making fake sniffling sounds. But much to their surprise, Ritika wraps her hands around both of them and whispers in their ears...

"I am not that dumb to not see through your fake expressions, my drama queens." Ritika says looking at her sister-in-law's who blinks their eyelashes cutely.

"Now listen to me carefully and promise me that neither of you will open your mouths in front of my brothers." Ritika remarks while Varenya and Jivika looks confused.

"Okay, we are promising." Varenya replies quickly.

"But how can we promise without knowing what she is telling us to hide from our husbands?" Jivika asks making both Varenya and Ritika to huff.

"Angel, I know you're the sweetest and innocent little thing. But we should keep somethings hidden from our husbands. Don't worry, I will teach you everything that you need to know." Varenya replies pinching Jivika's cheek.

"I agree with you, Bhabhi. Now listen to my plan." Ritika says and then starts explaining whatever naughty idea has come to her mind.
