Samarth has received a file from the private investigator but yet he isn't able to look through the information. Although he badly wants to learn everything about Nishtha but his parents' teaching isn't letting him do that. So, with frustration he throws the file on the floor just as Ritika arrives in the room.

"What is it, Bhai?" Ritika, who is Kavyansh's cousin asks picking up the file from the ground.

"Nothing important, Chhoti." Samarth replies as a frown appears on his face.

"Then I am sure something important is hidden in this file. Let me take a look." Ritika says and goes to open the file when Samarth takes the file from her hands.

"Leave it and you tell me what are you doing here?" Samarth asks putting the file inside the nightstand's drawer.

"Bhai, I need your help in something." Ritika replies making Samarth to raise his eyebrow in response.

"The great advocate, Princess of the Rathore family, the Ritika Singh Rathore needs my help. Then I guess it's really important thing which needs my assistant asap." Samarth remarks sarcastically while Ritika rolls her eyes.

"Are you going to help or not?" Ritika asks giving a look at Samarth who quickly nods his head in response because no one should make the Rathore princess angry or they may lose their life.

"So my best friend's daughter isn't doing well and I think the doctors aren't able to diagnosed the real problem with her." Ritika says giving a file to Samarth who looks a little confused.

"But I thought Jivika is your best friend." Samarth remarks talking about Ritika's sister-in-law Jivika who is the Queen of Rajasthan.

"Jivi is my ultimate bestie. But the one I am talking about, I have met her one & half year ago through my PA who is her cousin. She is a single parent and now work as Kavyansh Bhaiya's PA." Ritika replies and instantly Samarth kind of freeze for a second hearing about his best friend's PA.

Without wasting any more time, Samarth then quickly looks at the file and his mouth hang opens seeing the name of the kid's mother. He isn't able to comprehend seeing Nishtha's name in the file as this is something he never thought about when Kavyansh told him about Nishtha being a divorcee.

"Ms. Chandwani has a daughter?" Samarth asks still processing the information.

"Umm, yes she does. But how do you know Nishtha?" Ritika asks looking confused.

"I met her when I went to Kavyansh's office." Samarth replies not revealing how Nishtha ignored him that day and how he is being obsessed with her from then on.

"Oh okay. By the way, Nishtha's daughter Mishka is 3 year old but yet the cutie pie isn't able to talk or walk. By now, Nishtha has gone to three different doctors and each one of them gave different reasons for Mishka's condition. Yet, none of them are able to treat her properly." Ritika explain just as Samarth runs his hand over little Mishka's name and unknowingly to him a soft smile appear on his face.

It's not a hidden thing that Samarth is kids' favourite. He is someone who has this vibe around him that makes kids to feel secure and that's why he has small kids as his patients as well. Even his nephew and niece are also crazy about him that they just leave their parents when they are around him.

Still, Samarth has never felt the urge to have his own kid because he doesn't want to commit to anybody or get married. But somehow the name 'Mishka' is giving a different types of flutter in his heart as if he knows her already. He has just heard the name yet he is feeling somehow connected to the little one.

"Do you have her photo?" Samarth asks looking at Ritika.

"Who? Nishtha's?" Ritika asks back.

"No, her daughter." Samarth replies.

"Yes, wait a minute." By saying this Ritika looks at her phone and opens the gallery which written as 'Pumpkin'.

"Here she is." Ritika says and gives her phone to Samarth who smiles seeing the beautiful baby girl in the photo.

"She is so cute." Samarth remarks with a smile.

"Yes, that she is. Although I have met her only twice but I have lots of photos and videos of her as Nishtha keeps on sharing with me." Ritika says happily.

"Can you show me any video of her? I mean then it will be easy for me to understand her condition properly." Samarth says and gives the phone back to Ritika who nods her head in response. She then plays a video where Nishtha is talking to Mishka who is only giggling.

Samarth looks at the video carefully and although he wants to admire the mother-daughter duo more, but his sole focus is on the way Mishka is flapping her hands around. Not only that, how she is not liking when someone else is trying to touch her.

"Chhoti, what type of doctors has she been taken to so far?" Samarth asks as a frown appears on his face.

"Umm, I guess the first one is a medicine doctor and the other two are pediatricians." Ritika replies and gets worried seeing the look on Samarth's face.

"What happened, Bhai? Why are your face looking like this?" Ritika asks making Samarth sighs.

"I don't want to predict anything just by watching a video. But if I am not wrong then I guess the little one may have Autism." Samarth replies while Ritika's eyes widen in shock.

"Usually a pediatrician can understand by observing the behaviour of the child but sometimes they may not be able to do it and I think that's what happened in the case of Mishka. Still, I will suggest that you should tell Ms. Chandwani to take her daughter to a Pediatric Neurologist." Samarth says handling the phone back to Ritika who nods her head.

"Why don't you suggest me someone? I am sure the way you have helped with getting the best psychiatrist for Varenya Bhabhi, you can help with Mishka's case as well." Ritika remarks while batting her eyes making Samarth chuckles.

"This doesn't suit you so stop pretending and let me see what I can do." Samarth replies pinching Ritika's cheek who grins from ear to ear.

Soon after Ritika leaves from there, Samarth quickly takes out the file consisting Nishtha's information from the drawer. Because now he can't wait to know more about her.

🍁

It's been nearly a week since Nishtha has arrived in Delhi. She has met the person her father wants to sell their property but she doesn't like the way the person looked at her. Not only that, the person seems to be a little shady which makes her worried thinking about the deal. What if the person turns out to be a scammer and don't give them money later. So, she has sent the man's name and address, whatever she can find from her father to Ritika. Because she believes that she should get full information about the person before signing the papers.

Currently, Nishtha and her sister Jiya are busy buying vegetables at the market. Usually it's their mother who buys necessary things but Jiya needs to buy a new book so Nishtha has decided to accompany her and buys some things as well.

After buying vegetables, the two sisters come to the bookstore where Nishtha decides to look through some literature books while Jiya buys her academic book. However, nothing seems to catch Nishtha's attention so she starts looking here and there. Suddenly, Nishtha's eyes falls on a man standing beside Jiya. But what doesn't sit well with Nishtha is the way that man is deliberately touching his arm with Jiya.

"Uncle Ji, thoda mere saath bhi baat kijiye." Nishtha says holding the man by his hair making him yelp while Jiya looks at her elder sister with widened eyes.

(Uncle, please talk to me a little bit too.)

"Arey chhodo mujhe. Aah! Sar mein dard ho raha hai." The says in a painful tone trying to free his hair.

(Let me go. Aah! It's paining in my head.)

"Ab to seedha police station le jake hi tumhe chhodungi." Nishtha replies tightening her hold while some people have gathered around them and a few are even taking videos of the situation.

(I will leave you only after taking you straight to the police station.)

"Di, let him go please. Papa won't be happy if he gets to know about this." Jiya says in a pleading tone as she feels scared for her sister. Their father don't like women fighting with men and that too in front of others. While Jiya follows every word of her father being scared of him, Nishtha is totally different from her in this matter.

"I don't care if Papa will scold me because I won't keep quiet if I see anything wrong happening in front of my eyes." Nishtha replies sternly making Jiya to get silent.

"Give him to us. We will take care of him perfectly." One of the teenage boy says who is standing there with some of his friends.

"Yes, give this man to us. We will beat him and then take him to the police station." Another older man says looking angrily at the man whose hair is still in Nishtha's grip.

Although Nishtha wants to oppose but she can feels that these people are not bluffing. So, she throws the man in the ground and instantly he starts getting beating from the people around. She stays there for sometime but then she hears her phone ringing so signals Jiya to follow her and both of them walk away from there.

Nishtha takes out her phone from her jeans pocket and picks up the call after seeing the caller ID. It's the doctor who is treating Mishka and Nishtha hears whatever the doctor has to say about further treatment. However, Nishtha has already decided that she will go to a different doctor and a good one who has more experience.

"Di, what if Papa gets to know about everything?" Jiya asks looking scared.

"I have been getting scolding from a very young age so it doesn't bother me anymore. But if he says anything to you then just tell him that you don't know anything." Nishtha replies smiling at her sister who looks down sadly.

"Now what happened to you suddenly?" Nishtha asks.

"Di, I know that you all think that I am young and I should only focus on my studies. But I don't want you to get married again." Jiya replies looking at her elder sister with teary eyes making Nishtha to stop walking.

"Has Papa found someone for me again?" Nishtha asks not beating around the bush.

"Yes, his friend's son who is ready to marry you. But..." Jiya hesitates to tell more.

"But what, Jiya?" Nishtha asks feeling that something isn't right.

"Mishka needs to stay with us. They will let you meet her for twice a month but you can't tell anyone from their side about her." Just as Jiya finishes her words, Nishtha closes her eyes to control her anger.

"Is that why the sudden decision of selling the house?" Nishtha asks in a tone that sends chill down Jiya's spine.

When Jiya doesn't reply, Nishtha understands that she is correct in her assumption. Their father is selling the house because he wants to arrange her marriage and it's also easy to guess that the other party must have asked for huge dowry. But that's not what making her angry. She is furious just to imagine how her father has gotten agree to keep her baby away from her. Yes, she has been staying away from her daughter but that's because she needs to earn money for Mishka's treatment. Yet, it doesn't give anyone right to think that they can keep her daughter away from her for their sick mentality.
